1) create YOUr blog. if you don't know how to do programming or scripting.. don't worry. YOU can easily find free blog template and webpage on the internet. just type 'free web hosting or free blog' . just follow the steps provided. YOU'll get a free blog.
2) when YOU have a blog, do decide on which type of money making that YOU want to use.
